Mrs. Aleeza Ben Shalom, native and current resident of Philadelphia, is a dynamic speaker and host of a weekly show. She is also the author of Get Real Get Married, your guide to getting over your hurdles and under the chuppah! Known as the Marriage Minded Mentor, people from all over the world schedule private sessions with Aleeza for her unique style of matchmaking, which focuses on empowerment and developing successful support networks. Aleeza has been featured in blogs, the Philadelphia News and the Jewish Exponent.
Rebbetzin Faigie Ben Shalom of Gateshead is the daughter of Rav Mordechai Miller, one of Rav Dessler's 5 private students. A beloved mechaneches at Tiferes, BYA, Ateres, Machon Raya, E.Y.A.H.T. and Chemdas, she brings lessons from Michtav M'Eliyahu (Strive for Truth) and the Medrash to life as she was taught by her father directly from Rav Dessler. Rebbetzin Ben Shalom also has shiurim available on Kol HaLashon and GEM TeleTorah.
Rebbetzin Nechama Karlinsky has lectured to a wide variety of audiences of Jewish women worldwide as a popular mechaneches at E.Y.A.H.T., Ateres and BYA seminaries as well as at other institutions of higher education in America, Israel and France. In this capacity she has given young women the tools needed to maximize their personal potential and growth and imbued them with an understanding, appreciation and love for their Jewish heritage.
Rebbetzin Chava Koenig is a much sought after speaker and an inspiring pedagogue. She is a Senior Lecturer at E.Y.A.H.T., Seminar, Tiferes and Ateres Seminaries. Rebbetzin Koenig stimulates her audiences to grapple with fascinating questions and challenges the independent thinker to search for deeper meaning in the everyday world through analyzing the multiple layers of meaning in the text of the Torah. She lectures on a wide range of topics including the parsha hashavua as it relates to current events, frequently drawing on the works of the Maharal in guiding her listeners to apply ancient wisdom to today's reality. Originally from Monsey, New York, Rebbetzin Koenig and her family now live in the Ramat Eshkol neighborhood of Jerusalem.
Rebbetzin Chaya Legumsky, born and bred in London, England, balances her private work as a therapist practicing Torah-based counseling with her career of teaching. She is sought after for her expertise in areas such as the Jewish calendar, philosophy of the mitzvos and women's issues. Rebbetzin Legumsky studied at Keele University in England from which she holds degrees in English Literature, Education and Philosophy. She attended Neve Yerushalayim College for Women and is currently a Senior Lecturer at E.Y.A.H.T., Ner L'Elef, Ohel Sara Imeinu, JEWEL and GEM in Jerusalem.
Rebbetzin Chana Ovadia is an engaging speaker whose explanations of our Torah heritage captivate English, French & Hebrew-speaking audiences around the world. She is a Senior Lecturer at Eyaht, Aish HaTorah's College for Women in Jerusalem. She lectures on a wide range of topics relevant to today’s issues, often drawing material from the Ramban and other sources. With her enthusiastic, warm and humorous style she has a unique ability to capture the minds and hearts of diverse listeners. Born in England, Rebbetzin Ovadia was raised in France and later moved to Israel, where she lives in the Bayit Vegan neighborhood of Jerusalem with her family.
Rebbetzin Sara Rivka Rubinfeld was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and now lives with her family in Jerusalem. She is a sought-after mechaneches (educator) in BYA, Tiferes, Meor and E.Y.A.H.T. seminaries as well as a popular speaker for women's groups in the USA and Israel. She specializes in teaching Tefilla and Jewish Philosophy, drawing relevant information from classic and contemporary philosophical works such as the writings of Rav Dessler, the Sfas Emes and Shir HaShirim to help people understand themselves and the world. Rebbetzin Rubinfeld serves as a guidance counselor at E.Y.A.H.T. and has been very involved with its students for almost 20 years.
Rabbi Gershon Eliezer Schaffel was raised and still lives in Skokie. He received his bachelor's degree from the Hebrew Theological College and his Rabbinical Ordination from Rabbi Shlomo Morgenstern, former Dean of Hebrew Theological College. Rabbi Schaffel received Yadin Yadin semichah in the area of Jewish Business Law which qualifies him to serve as a judge in a Jewish Court (Bais Din) involving civil matters. In addition to serving as Rav at YlOS for 15 years, Rabbi Schaffel teaches at several schools in the community and leads one of the most well attended Daf Yomi shiurim. Rabbi Schaffel lectures on a variety of topics for many different community organizations and also write articles for Business Weekly, Daf Yomi Digest, and Mishna Brurah Yomi which are distributed worldwide.
Rebbetzin Denah Weinberg is Dean and Director of E.Y.A.H.T., Aish HaTorah's College for Women in Jerusalem and wife of Rav Noach Weinberg, zatzal, who was the Founder of Aish HaTorah and a leading pioneer of the kiruv movement. She has been a world-renowned lecturer for over three decades and has helped thousands of women to grow and maximize their potential to greatness. Rebbetzin Weinberg has empowered generations of Jewish women to inspire other women across the globe and is also a speaker on women's issues in Israel and abroad, and has published several essays in Jewish women's anthologies.
